This policy explains how the mobile game Bears Factory handles information.

1About the game

Bears Factory is a single-player mobile game published by Corella Game Studio. It requires no account and does not ask for your name, email, contacts, photographs, microphone recordings, precise location, or payment details.

2Data stored on your device

Progress, settings, stars, coins, and boost inventory may be saved locally to provide gameplay and preserve progress. Corella Game Studio does not receive this locally stored information.

3Optional rewarded advertising

The game may offer optional ads in exchange for an in-game reward. Advertising providers may process device identifiers, approximate location derived from IP address, ad interactions, diagnostics, consent choices, and fraud-prevention information under their own policies. Ads are not required to access the core game.

4Permissions

Vibration may be used for haptic feedback. The game does not request contacts, camera, microphone, precise location, SMS, call logs, or personal files. Network access may be used when advertising or online platform services are enabled.

5Children

The game is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Applicable age settings, consent requirements, and Google Play policies will be followed.

9Information processed by service providers

If advertising or Google Play services are enabled, the relevant provider may automatically receive technical information needed to deliver, measure, secure, and limit its services.

  • Device and app information, such as operating-system version, app version, language, screen characteristics, and device model.
  • Online identifiers, including IP address and an advertising or app-instance identifier where permitted by the device, consent choice, and applicable law.
  • Advertising events such as whether an ad was requested, displayed, completed, or rewarded, together with basic diagnostics and anti-fraud signals.

Corella Game Studio does not use this information to identify players by name. Each provider acts under its own privacy terms and consent obligations.

10Purpose, legal basis, and international processing

Information is processed only to operate game features, save local progress, provide a requested rewarded advertisement, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, comply with law, and protect users and the service. Depending on the player's country, processing may rely on consent, performance of the requested service, legitimate interests in security and reliability, or a legal obligation. Service providers may process information in other countries and must apply safeguards required by applicable law.

11Deletion, access, and other rights

Local game information can be removed by clearing Bears Factory storage in Android settings or uninstalling the game. Advertising consent and identifier controls can be changed in Android or Google settings. Depending on local law, a player may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a copy of personal information. Because the game has no player account, a relevant identifier may be needed to locate provider-held data.

12Security and policy scope

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to a small offline-first mobile game. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. This policy applies to Bears Factory on Android and does not replace the privacy policies of Google Play, an advertising provider, or an external website.
